Bishop sacrifice with the Scandinavian defense

This is the Scandinavian defense but I sacrifice the bishop to get the d5 pawn out of the way and to develop  the pieces.

1.e4 d5    2.exd5  Be6    3.dxe6  Nc6  4.exf7+ Kxf7

I assume White has oaid Black to play those moves. There is no other explanation
