King's Gambit is good because it gives white a quick attacking game.
Blitz Repertoire

i use the italian on a regular basis with some ponziani themes sometimes but the scotch is not really my thing
The latvian gamibit is quite dubious. I have seen it crush white though. It wins big or loses even bigger....maybe better for bullet....

The Fischer Defense in the KGA can be beaten. You need to find this variation in a database and watch the way the masters play against it.

Best score repertoire
I played far too many blitz games, and my statistics is quite funny. On CC i'm rated around 2000-2100, and in the Smith-Morra gambit accepted I got a score on 70%, 20% higher than sound openings such as the ruy. I don't play the King's Gambit, but analyse the Fishers Defence, or play the King's Bishops gambit. Objectivly slightly more unsound, but black will probably has less preparation against it, and it will create the sharp games you know better than you opponents.
Usefull blitz repertoire
Blitz is great for trying new openings, or use your new ideas before you play them out in a tournament. I sometimes use it to play something completely diffrent, to get some new positions I rarely play, and therefor improve my positional understanding of the whole game.

Any active sound gambit is good in blitz. But you can also win by playing solid chess and winning in the endgame. In other words, play what you're comfortable playing and you'll do just fine.
I face a bunch of people who try all sorts of weird gambits in blitz. Those are usually the easiest opponents to defeat. The tougher ones are the ones who have chosen more sophisticated openings that are also good in long OTB tournament games.
Blitz chess is still chess.

i am looking for a line with not so much theory behind it....and probably giving an equal but slow game....
What are some good openings for blitz games, some openings for quick attacking games and some openings for concrete and more defensive ones?
