Blumenfeld Gambit Variations/Move Orders

I was wondering what difference move orders made when playing the Blumenfeld Gambit and similar variations. So I could play

I know some of these lines are not strictly Blumenfeld Gambit variations though I think they can all transpose into variations of the Blumenfeld. But they all give different attacking chances and I think I'm going to try all of them, although first I'm wondering what people like best and what lines avoid what etc

Interested to know what people think!

Since you were asking about move orders, Marcus101, I thought I would point out that this was the original conception of the Dzindzhi-Indian.  Later, the name Dzindzhi-Indian became attached to a different opening.  But this is similar to the Blumenfeld.  Your lines with a quick ...e6 and without Nf3 aren't really Blumenfeld lines.

But if you had to choose one, what would it be?

If there is no refutation, then the one I posted results in a nice position.  Your first line is of course the standard way to play.

Though there might be no direct refutation of the blumenfeld the lines after Bg5 are not much fun for black of white knows his stuff.
