what if 10..Kxf7? then you cant play Ne6 because the knight is hanging
Bobby Fischer Trap

Please comprehensively explain... what if 10... kxf7 11 ne6 12 kxe8? i'm sure there's a checkmate there but i'd like to know all the lines
Well, just play the obvious moves: 11...Kxe6 12.Qd5+ Kf5 13.g4+ Kxg4. By now you should be able to spot a mate for white- no?
Rg1+
.... Kf5
Rg5++
.... K to h file
Qg2 mates in all variations

Why is listed Bb3 as an innacuracy ??
It's probably listed as an inaccuracy (in the Original Post) because hqfull_23 didn't realize that Black was threatening ... Nxe4 once he castled.

I thought !? meant interesting.
Where as ?! meant dubious.
In 60 Games Fischer included notes about the bishop is made to bite on granite when discussing Bc4, Bb3 in Sozin Sicilians.

The only Sozin variation that I feel comfortable in (as White) is the Velimirovic.
This sort of thing (from memory, so the move-order is only approximate):

Who is sozin
Sozin was a Russian master whose name is associated with the 6. Bc4 variation of the open Sicilian.
