Can someone help me find the name of a book?

Hi, this is the first time I am writing a post on the chess dot com forum.

I am looking for a chess book that had a page or two on the difference between the little center and the mobile center. Here is a checklist of things I remember about the book...

  1. In the table of contents, one section read "Little Center vs. Mobile Center" (or vice versa).
  2. The section above, was in the first few pages.
  3. The book's title read something along the lines of "A Chess Opening Repertoire for the Practical Tournament Player"
  4. After the section about the little center vs. mobile center, was a repertoire for the black pieces, about the Alekhine Defense (1..Nf6).

That is as much as I can remember right now. If anyone has any idea as for the name of the book, the author, or any other information, please reply. Thank you, NumberDude

Ninzowitsch's "My System" talks about a mobile center.
