can someone suggest best play against Sicilian e6 variation

playing e6 before nf6 allows you to freely attack the center with d4 quicker. no matter what your opponent plays you will pretty mcuh always play 5. Be3 and you'll have more space almost somewhat like an accelerated dragon.

The move given in Rogozenko's Anti-Sicilian book against 3. b3 is 3...b6, with the idea of attacking the e4-pawn. White has a wide variety of schemes then, depending on what he is looking for (Maroczy Bind with 4. c4, a weird sort of Open Sicilian with 4. d4, the strange 4. Bd3 which is better than it looks, the unambitious 4. Bb2 + 5. d3, the unusual 4. Bb2 + 5. Qe2, etc.). Lines with b3 against the Sicilian lead to unexplored territory and are a good way to avoid reams of theory while keeping a challenging option. Another line I found interesting is 1. e4 c5 2. b3 d6 3. f4 Nf6 4. Qf3!? with an obscure position, for example:
There is a 16 page chapter on Taimanov, Kan, etc. in Starting Out 1 e4.

"1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 e6 3.b3 d5?!You will see this a lot but it is a mistake."
Its not a mistake. 5...Nc6 is the correct line for black. If played normally, white ends up with the bishop pair, black ends up with the better center. Anyone that plays e6 will have seen it about 1000 times.

The easiest way to play against 2...e6 is 3.b3.
This seems like an easy equlity for Black but it's not.For example , the normal 3...d5 fails to equalise.
Except 3...d5 , 3.b3 also prevents g6 systems that are very popular against the anti-Sicilians.
What remains is 3....Nc6 or 3...d6(they usually transpose. In this case white has several options. For reasons that will be explained a little later , the best is an early d4 that will transpose to open Sicilian pawn structures avoiding a ton of theory and keeping some chances for an edge.
It's a very interesting line that gets out of theory early and where understanding is more important than memorising lines.
There is a reason why 3.b3 is effective against 2...e6 but not so effective against 2...d6.
After 2...d6 Black has 2 very effective ways to deal with 3.b3
With 2...e6 neither of these 2 is working.
2.b3 is also perfectly playable and many great pleyers have used it including 2 world champions(Kramnik and Carlsen).
but my personal favorite 2.b3 expert is Gelashvili.

The variation @DeirdreSkye gives is a very respectable line and it has the recommendation of a certain Dutch GM from another site. It is true that a lot of players who have heard of the variation (and given that you're asking this question I get the feeling most of your opponent's will not have) will play 3...b6, but that is certainly no problem and it will produce interesting and unique play.
I have also tried 3. g3 and gotten reasonably good positions playing in similar fashion to KIA vs French if you like that sort of thing.
Finally there is 3. c3 which transposes into certain lines of the Alapin if you like that sort of thing.
All of these lines are anti-Sicilians avoiding 3. d4 (this after 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 e6) but if you're willing to do a bit of homework then certainly 3. d4 can be a great weapon and many would call it the best objective choice. Despite what you might see on forums like this, you aren't some sort of wimp if you don't play 3. d4 and you're not committing any crime against humanity...
