I guess it's OK but it looks a bit weakening and committal to be playing g5 here so early, I would probably prefer Be7. 4.h6 is a mistake in the first place though because of this:
You have to play gxf6 permanently weakening your pawns or you lose a pawn. 4.Be7 or 4.Nbd7 are better.
