I believe that the majority of the forum caro players play Bf5
But I’m not sure
Bf5 is the main approach, but Nf6 or Nd7 are pretty solid options as well. Personally, I've played all three, but Bf5 is my main choice.

Nf6 has been my main ever since I seriously started the caro.
