black should play 4...Be4 provoking more weaknesses in the white camp.

I think that e6 is a mistake and weakens white's pawn structure. Actually, g4 on move 4 is a bit odd also, although potentially playable. Traditionally, c4 is the fourth move in the advance variation of the CK, although h4 (nicknamed the Caveman) is gaining popularity as a response to Bf5. g4 is usually played on move 5, although I suppose transposition is possible if the moves are played out of order.
