Sounds like you should try the Scotch. But I don't quite understand why you are tired of the Italian. It so a rich opening, and you don't have to play like in the very slow games of the GMs.

Guys, I'm new to chess, I have chosen chess.com as a pathway to increase my skill and ability in chess, so I want a better tactical, aggressive opening as white. I commonly use Italian, but I'm bored with it, so can someone tell me a better aggressive opening that I should adopt now
Please suggest to me an opening as a whit, and I don't want any sacrifice or getting your queen at attack in just 5 moves type opening.
