Generally it's called the Queen's Gambit Declined, but that's OK; I knew what you meant. White's third move is usually Nc3 or Nf3. As black, it looks like c6 (Slav) is slightly favored over e6. I know you don't have access to chess.com's database (Explorer), but I bet if you googled something like "free chess database", you could find something. It's really useful to figure out opening lines. Have fun!
The Slav may be a little more popular, but it isn't 'more favoured' and is probably harder to play than the QGD as the structures are trickier.
