I don't like the King's Gambit, too risky for me. Old players used to play it in demonstration games a lot because it is "exciting", i.e. opens up tactical play quickly. I don't know a lot about the accelerated dragon, but it is popular... I Like the Queen's Gambit most of all.. for white or black. I usually play the 2) c4 c6 variation (I forget the name, it is some Russian Name) for black, as for white, it depends, but I mostly play 1) e4 or 1) c4 openings (i.e. King's Pawn or "English"). Good question...!

There were only three openings mentioned... I also won't take the risk for the KG and don't know the accelerated dragon, but I am fond of the QC. (btw, 2. c4 c6 is the slav)
I play the Sicilian, but prefer the Dragon, Najdorf and Scheveningen.
