computer sac?

while doing some research in the bg5 najdorf, the computer recommended this sac and i dont believe i fully understand it? any help? what does black have for a pawn?

Bishop pair.

Center pawn majority.

Better pawn structure.

Bishop pair, open kingside lines for the rooks, a great square for the knight (e5), and no realistic attacking plans for white.

Objectively Black may not have an advantage, but nine out of ten strong players would take Black without a second thought.

8.Bxf6 is lame- you should not treat your bishops like that!
