1.e4 e5 2.Qh5 is the Parham Attack.

The continuation probably does not have a name, because 2...g6 is a huge blunder.

By the way, black has to deffend the pawn. e.g. 2...Nc6.

It's called the Rook's Gambit. The main line goes:

Black will soon initiate a powerful kingside attack.
