if you are new in chess then you need to do Italian opening. after learning the minimum values, you need to play alien gambit. These two openings are best for low elo players. then from 1100-1300 elo you need to try the London system.
i apologize for not being new to chess but i recently played a fairly evenly sloppy 10 minute match and the analysis doesn't even say what openings were used. I played black and my opponent played white with a Bird opening I think Can someone please tell me what opening I used or did I just make one up lol.
