Look up the Yugoslav attack. Some databases have 43% wins for white against 28% wins for black in that variation.
Someone less idle and more knowledgable than me will probably post the line.

I usually attack the queenside and try to break through on that side. Sometimes it can lead to a trap of the enemy queen as in this game.
Attacking on the queenside is not usually very wise idea from white in Sicilian...
If you didn't want to go away from theory, here's the Yugoslav Attack someone mentioned earlier. GMs have played the Yugoslav attack a few times when faced with the dragon. Here's two games, one white wins, the other black does.

does anyone know a way to cancel out the dragon variation opening when it is completed i havent seen an effective counter for it yet any ideas?
