I have experimented with all 3 of these opening moves as white, with equally dismal results (I win more with black!) Any suggestions which one might be better for a ~1000 Rapid player like me?

which one speaks to you the most, which do u feel u belong in the most? Which one do you feel most comfortable in?

Otherwise, my biased and un-biased answer is e4 because you tend to be in more open positions which imo is good for u ig idk tho

1.b4,... is an option as well.

Honestly I prefer closed positions and often open with e3, but it works well for me. Trying to figure which opening that gives open positions is best for me.

++ Then play a reverse system.
If you play Sicilian 1 e4 c5 with black, open 1 c4 with white.
If you play King's Indian Defense with black, play King's Indian Attack as white.
If you play Dutch with black, open 1 f4 as white.
If you play Benoni as black, play Reti as white.

1.d4 and 1.Nf3 tend to be more interesting

I mostly play the French Defence as black. What would be the white reverse if it?

Reverse French would be something like 1. e3 e5 2. d4

Don’t try playing the French or Sicilian as white, there’s a reason they’re black openings. As white you want to play more aggressive openings to make use of you having the first move.

What do you dislike most about e4, d4, and Nf3?
Which variation do you play against the Tarrasch French and which do you play against the Classical French?
What do you play as Black against d4?
I also tend to fare better with Black and with White sidelines, I don't do too well in sharp situations where I'm theoretically better but only very slightly.

1 e3, that is what Nimzovich played to win the Carlsbad tournament.
