You lose!  Forget the line in post 2.

5.Bxf7 Ke7 6.d4 Qxg2 7.Rf1 Bh3 8.Bc4 Nf6 9.Bf4 and black can forget it!

I acutally play the elephant gambit with black. The first mistake is 3.dxe4. The correct move is Bd6.

I actually only knew 2 variations in this opening. Paulsen countergambit, wich is the one I use and Maroczy gambit wich gives a good kingside attack for black if white doesnt play properly but is easier to defend.
