the shirov counter attack is good and the kramnic counter attack is good prevented by 2 a3 revesed sicillian good for white is the g3 variation
1.c4..e5 2.Nc3...Nf6 3.Nf3..e4 4.Ng5..b5 5.Nxb5..c6 6.Nc3...d5
although I like black here
1.c4..c5 2.Nc3..Nf6 3.g3..e6 4.Bg2?.....d5 =+ (4 Nf3 was better)
