Thanks, now i remember. The pawn sacrifice 4...d6! is meant to be better than Ng7 but i remember black was playing in a team event and in such a competition sacrificing material is not good strategy, so he went for Ng7. 4...d6 was played in another very high-level game, Ivanchuk-carlsen 1-0 at the last olympiads. Black was smashed but according to Ivanchuk white only had a slight edge before black started playing in a too adventurous fashion. it's an interesting line.
