Form of Scandinavian

You get only one tempo for the pawn. Black clearly does not have any compensation for this type of gambit. I recommend that you steer clear of it.

1.e4 d5 2.ed Nf6 3.c4 c6 is the Icelandic gambit. If White accepts, the c4 pawn tends to get in the way. The problems with gambits running off of the Scandanavian is that WHite can play 2.e5 or 2.Nc3 and you are in a lot of different sidelines. For a complex game as black, I'd consider 1.e4 Nf6 or 1.e4 g6.

The Icelandic Gambit results from the line
1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Nf6 3.c4 e6
Your line transposes into the Panov-Botvinnick Attack of the Caro-Kann.
1.e4 d5 2.e5 should make you very happy. Just play 2...c5 and black already has equality. It is an error by white which acheives little.
1.e4 d5 2.Nc3 is not much to be worried about either. Just play 2...dxe4 3.Nxe4 Qd5! allows a transposition back into the main lines after 4.Nc3 Qa5. If White trys any independent lines, be assured that black will have a nice, comfortable game.
