I don't think so. But that would be a nice rule, and Sicilian players are required to play 3.Nc3

Hm. Looks like French is full. Dunno if it helps any, but I used to study Sicilian when I was younger, if you need help filling any boards. Looking a little slow going on getting players for the Sicilian side, though that's probably just from the sheer enthusiasm from French players.
