I know what the Fried Liver Attack is: 5...Nxd5? 6 Nxf7. 
The original poster asks how to beat it and the answer is 5...Na5 like the game I posted.

3...h6 is jumping from the frying pan into the fire.
It is a weakening move that neither develops any piece nor fights for the center.
There is no reason to fear 4 Ng5.
