Does anyone know a good line for black in the line of the grunfeld after 1. d4 nf6 2. c4 g6 3. nc3 d5 4. bd2

This is a fairly common variation ... Bg7, cxd5, e4, Nb6 is fine for black.  He could consider Na6 and c5 ... or he can drop the c5 idea and pressure the center with pieces (forcing it to advance is the goal)

4 Bd2 is a bad move which allows black to increase pressure on d4.  Black should play 4...dxc4.
