How about Pirc Defense?

It is weak and does not follow the opening principles of attacking White's center and allows White to maintain pawns on both e4 and d4.
Far better against 1.e4 are either 1...c5 or 1...e5 to prevent White from maintaining a pawn on d4, or 1...e6 or 1...c6, specifically followed up y 2...d5, in order to prevent White from maintaining a pawn on e4, either forcing it off, or forcing White to advance or exchange it, both of which lose control of the central light squares for White.
