The "opening" although non-existent(it's a Ricter-Veresov Colle hybrid )is fine for you. It's not the opening though you should try to understand but the middlegame and the endgame.
.

I'd say it is "ok" at best. White probably won't get into too much trouble in the opening, but it is probably too passive as they let black get an easy equality; with different moves, black could well end up with an advantage by the middle game. At the lower levels, it will allow both players to play a full game, but most serious club players won't have too many problems playing against it.

at 1000 rating , things like "passive" , "equality" or "advantage" is like an infant worrying that he might not get his driver's licence.
The comments already posted are accurate. If I were to try to go on a more specific side... if you end up in something like the position after 1. d4 d5 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. Nc3
try 3... c5 to strike at white's centre. (If white captures your c5 pawn, it should be easy to take it back with an eventual e6 or e5 and discovered attack by the bishop)
After 3... c5, you will likely have a larger pawn center than White, a half open c-file (get your rook on c8!), and your queen is able to roam the queenside if necessary. A queenside minority attack (pawn storm) is possible for black as well, to try and create weaknesses in white's pawn structure that will be the focus of black's attack.
In short, c5 will probably give black some play that you've never been able to find.
Another try is g6 and Bg7 but personally, I'm not sure what black wants to do here.

The problem is not what I have to say about white's opening. The problem is what do you do from the moment you complete your formation.
There is something very important in chess called sooperation.Your opening although is good doesn't achieve a good cooperation of your pieces towards a goal.your pieces are "developed" the position has no weaknesses but what now?
and the answer is difficult.White's only option seems to be the preparation of e4 but even that is not easy as d4 will be maybe under heavy fire once d-file is open(c-pawn should be free to play on c3 or Bc1 should be develped at b2).So your opening is good for "now" but not especially good for "after."That is not so critical for your rating but it's good to play a sound opening following a sound plan and slowly by the time to increase your familiarisation with it.Your opening is doomed to die.Sooner or later you will realise it's not good(trust me on that) and you will simply have lost your time by playing it.
Sorry , that's the truth.
