How do you counter the London?

Either play c5 too early or delay d7-d5 forever those have to be the two main ways to counter the London as London players rely on either d4 d5 Bf4 or d4 d5 Nf3 Nf6 Bf4 but if you play d5 on the 4th move or the 9th move or even the 10th move they cannot get a London System of any kind!
