First game is a rather dangerous sideline, which Black handled very poorly.
Second and third games feature the poor move 7.f3?! (notice that the pawn is still at d7) which should be answered by 7...0-0 (not the case in either game), and now:
- 8.Qd2?! d5! is already somewhat better for Black.
- 8.Bc4 Qb6! 9.Bb3 (practically the only good move) 9...Nxe4 10.Nd5 Qa5+ 11.c3 Nf6 (or 11...Nc5) when white has nothing better than getting his pawn back by 12.Nxc6 dxc6 13.Nxe7+ with a level position.
The only way to try for something is 7.Bc4 0-0 8.Bb3! which leads to normal Dragon positions after 8...d6, but Black has a few interesting alternatives.
I know, but then ...Na5
Be2 or Bb3 is ok. If ...Nxb3 then cxb3! generally offers good protection (Fischer).
There is another solution as well. In case you don't enjoy playing open Sicilians as white, you can play some anti Sicilian like 2.c3 or 2.Nf3 3. Bb5+ against 2. ...d6, or even something like closed Sicilian. If you like open Sicilians as white, then disregard everything I've said here.

Even Qe2 is possible

I mean, I ussualy destroy players at my level or a bit higher rated who play the Dragon in daily(Maybe because I spend more time than them), but in live is about 50%-50%.Also, @Danny-BOT (2500) always played this against me and crushes me all the time.
Here are some of my best daily games in this variation(for onknown reasosn I won't post any defeats):
So I think I have few problems on flank attacks, but I don't know very good how to prevent ...d5 or how to continue after it's played.
