This is not a Reti. The Reti is 1.Nf3 d5 2.c4. This never even transposed to a Reti. White started out with a Kingside Fianchetto, which could lead to anything. Once he played 5.d4, it was officially a "Kingaide Fianchetto", and a move later, after 6.c4, it is now a Catalan.
This was never a Reti.
And Black's got far better third moves! 3...c6, 3...e6, 3...g6, 3...c5, etc.
