The Sissycillian starts 1.e4 c5 2.d4 cx d 3.Nf3..doesn't actually matter 3.c3 dxc 4.Nxc3 ...doesn't actually matter....black angrily quits.

Sicilian is a great opening as it involves moving a flank pawn to control the center.
As far as I know its kinda advanced but i play it often.
To really understand it and the game mechanics I suggest you visit gothamchess on youtube.

At your level, you can probably just play the sicilian fine without knowing any theory at all (won't recommend you to go deeper at opening theory either). Just play the set-up you think it looks cooler or comfier on you; if you want to play a "dragon" set-up (g6 and Bg7, putting a strong "fianchetto" dark squared bishop), or just want to occupied the center or whatever... Just do it anyway.
