How to prepare for the Nf3 opening (Colle - Zukertort) System?

Are there any good tools or techniques for me to learn a specific opening like Colle System?(Note: I know there are other openings for white which may be better but I want to play with 1. Nf3 at the moment as my rating is not too high and I play mostly with opponents below 1500)
I see that against Bg4 or Bf5 it is good to go with C4 and for e6 variations it is good to go with Bd3.
Is there a way to prepare for specific openings? What worked for you?
