You should look up how Tyler1 grinded from below 100s to 1900s in 8 months to understand the effort required, or jacksark on youtube claims he got to 2000 in a year with learning hacks. Realistically though assume it will take years, so aim for milestones, not just the next 100 rating points, but like completing a book or course for instance to improve an area of your game.

Reaching this level within three weeks is highly unlikely—unless everything aligns perfectly and a deep understanding develops almost immediately. In such an exceptional case, and provided you can continue refining that understanding to the point where you play solidly and avoid major blunders, it might be possible to approach that level within a few weeks.

Outside of this best-case scenario, I don’t see a realistic path to achieving that level in such a short timeframe.
