How to respond to c5 as black

I find that whenever I play e4, and my opponent responds with c5, I have no idea what to respond with. When I'm black, I never use the Sicilian defense because I don't know how to use it and I find that it traps my pieces such as my dark squared bishop and it leads to a defensive quiet play and an advantage for white.

But as white, how would you respond to this? I play aggressively and I'm not chess expert. I don't like defensive games, I find that I make blunders in them most of the time and end up losing alot of material.

[EDIT] Sorry I meant respond to c5 as white***

Black will likely be prepared in the Open Sicilian (2.Nf3 3.d4 cd4), well more so than yourself. You could try play 2.Nf3 3.Bb5 systems against 2...d6 or 2...Nc6, and 3.Nc3 Nc6 4.Bb5 against 2...e6 (which transposes).

I would listen to XCheck's advice.  Bb5 systems aren't theory-laden and would be good for you to practice on not blundering pieces. The Rossolimo and Moscow are both good openings...they are seen at top level frequently.  Until then I wouldn't worry about learning any of the Open Sicilian variations.
