Yes, the ICBM is an Anti-Scandi tool that White can play, but the line against the Caro-Kann is much better, I'll demonstrate.
In the Scandinavian, Black has to play both h6 and Nf6, whereas in the Caro-Kann, Black has already 'wasted' a tempo playing c6, and 5... h6 6. Nxf7 Kxf7 is M6 for White now, and 5... Nf6 losing the queen is a worse variation than in the Scandinavian as White's queen has the a5 square to escape to easily if 9... Nbd7 and the knight can't naturally develop to c6. Besides, the Scandinavian is a far worse opening than the Caro-Kann, so playing normally against it makes a lot more sense.
I think you should consider using it as a deterrent. Using it could trigger a nuclear response.
Would using the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Opening for Blitz be a good opening? Genuine question xd. I am a mid 500 rated blitz player so people might not see it coming. Any thoughts?
