I'm not sure.
Is there any book on scotch gambit ?

The Scotch Gambit by Alex Fishbein is a very small book which suggets the Scotch Gambit proper with 4...Nf6 5.e5
Grandmaster Gambits: 1.e4 by Simon Williams covers 4...Nf6 5.0-0
Yes, the move order 3.d4 exd4 4. Bc4 can transpose into the Two Knights after 4,,,Nf6 5,e5 d5 etc, or an Italian after 4,,,Bc5, There are other lines as well. It's pretty rich

About the Two Knights there is a book by Pinski. And about the Perreux Attack a site on the Internet https://web.archive.org/web/20120124010158/www.rci.rutgers.edu/~goeller/urusov/perreux/index.html
This is such a great opening to play as a beginner, I mean it should be the first gambit people should learn while playing e4.
Is there any book or courses in it ?
