Isn't the Euwe Attack of the Caro-Kann Defence a better Kings Gambit for white ?

Not really. it just has in common that it's a e4 opening with an early f4 sacrifice, the same could be said of several openings.

Also that is the notorious Muzio gambit that you've posted where white goes full pants-on-head crazy and sacrifices a piece in the first few moves for positional advantage. I don't see anything like that in your opening. It looks more like a favourable Nimzowitsch (1. b3) opening than a king's gambit.

What about the fact that in the Kings Gambit and in particular the Muzio Gambit black can play g5 g4 and retain the pawn whereas in the Euwe Attack of the Caro-Kann that is not possible as the g pawn is pinned due to the bishop fianchetto to b2 ?

What about the fact that nearly every Caro Kann player is going to play 2...d5 instead of 2...e5?

You could play thousands upon thousands of games with white and never get the chance to play 4.f4 even once, so it really doesn't matter if it's a better version of anything - it's never going to happen in the first place.

5...h5 instead of 5...Bf5

10...Qe6??? because of 11.Nf4.
