Try the Fried Liver Attack against the Two Knights’ Defense and the Evan’s Gambit against the Giuoco Piano. Once you get to an intermediate level you can drop the Fried Liver and replace it with main line Max Lange Attack theory and the Anderssen Attack (my personal favorite).
