Also there was a Nh5-Nf4 plan...
KID ...exd4 (Radjabov): can it be my main opening?

The most prominent advocate of this variation is GM Rauf Mamedov.
Playable, but Black has to work hard on some nasty white offers. In the following game, the young Super-GM Ding Liren used an old sacrificial idea by Suat Atalik, and Black went down in flames. 15...Ne6 was probably mandatory, but in any case white's attack is extremely dangerous. Maybe thorough analysis can prove Black being OK, but... this is not easy living, for sure.

Yea, this line tends to be rather tricky for black. There's also that incredible Nf5!! sacrifice Kasimdzhanov unleashed earlier this years that's putting one of 7...exd4's main lines in the dumps.

But this line can be very promising for black too !! I've just found this game and I would like to share it with you !

This is quite different: white already has a bishop on e3.
13...a5 was nice home prep, and Gusti fell right into it. But it has no relation with the aforementioned variation.

apostolis1, pfren is correct. That you showed is not the variation I meant.
Anyway thanks to all posters.
This thread has now no use (I will eventually switch to the Grunfeld) so it may as well be closed.

Then you will certainly want to join the Grunfeld Study Group.

No, it isn't. 7.0-0 c6 is the Pilnik variation, when white usually does NOT play Be3. 8.Kh1 is the most testing move.
I want information on the Radjabov KID with exd4 (exact move order, plans, ideas ) Can it be my main answer as black to 1.d4?
