I have a cuople of questions regarding the Kings Indian defense

what would be the best move if white played...

or if white played

Or what if...

Please show me the follow up moves to do as black in these positions

In the first and third instances, just grab the e4 pawn as soon as he moves it there, as it's completely unprotected.

In the second, where white is angling for some kind of stonewall, you can pretty much just continue in standard KID fashion and you'll easily achieve equality.

In  the second insatance ...

 orr....

what would black do now??

Lastly what is the response

would it be okay for black to cotinue the KID

If you cannot see that the f6 knight can capture the e4 pawn after 1. d4 Nf6 2. e4 (also in your third diagram black has 3... Nxe4) then I would forget about the KID - and any other openings - for now and just play some chess. Plenty of chess. Until you can see such one move threats every time. After that you should maybe consider learning some basic opening principles.

After f4 I would seriously consider playing 2....d5. White remains with a weak black-squared bishop.

In the varation in which you suggest 4.e5, black should have played 3....d6 instead of 3...Bg7.

In one of your diagrams its white to move.

c3 and e3 really are nothing special and you can play whatever you like with black...d6/d5 or whatever....
