Do any of you play this opening? What are your thoughts of it?

It's just an alternative opening. You can't play it on regular basis like e4, d4, c4 and Nf3. But Larsen or Nimzo Larsen Attack is sound.

Sound, but not very threatening.

It's an interesting opening. Like most of the players I prefere to play main move like e4, d4 or c4 but I tried once 1.b3 in OTB game and it was pretty fun game to play. We both done ton of mistakes but I finally wins at the 21th move.

Really, why not?

If this guy can play it 93 times against grandmaster opposition, losing only 7, it should be good enough for any amateur to play it on a regular basis. He was also very succesful using the Alekhine's defense on a regular basis btw.

"Many opening monographs have enthusiastic titles of the form Winning with the... and invite the reader to ingest some marvellous system or other and rack up points - either by encyclopaedic knowledge of main lines or the methodical application of simple strategies. So let us make it clear, first of all, that White has no advantage in the Nimzo-Larsen. The lines in ECO, for example, conclude mostly in '=' (equal) or 'unclear', with just a few '+=' (White stands slightly better) and even these '+=' seem optimistic. Nor is the Nimzo-Larsen a 'system' opening in which the first moves are played parrot-fashion regardless of the replies. There are system-like elements in some variations - the plan Bb5, Ne5, f2-f4 in the reversed Nimzo-Indian (Chapter 4) for instance - but more often White (and Black) can do just about anything. Anyone who likes to win their games in the opening should therefore look elsewhere." - Byron Jacobs & Jonathan Tait (2001) in Nimzo-Larsen Attack

The Larsen is fine, but not great. It’s a decent weapon at short time controls.

Larsen's Opening?

It was popular when I was in high school in the 70's - you had to be there.  It was all the rage, it and Miles's a6 St George w Black. It 's fun when sprung upon those who don't expect such things.

Thanks for posting that archive. I play the Larsen as white, and that's an invaluable resource for finding new ideas.
