It's still not letting me clip the PGN directly into the comment, but this blitz game I just finished as white really illustrates whites intentions when black castles kingside. I have no doubt that my play was imperfect, but the theme of wrecking black's kingside is on full display.

I believe 2.Bf4 is more accurate btw according to Lakdawalas book
The move order is to deal with some early ...c5 lines, and (probably) answer 1.d4 d5 2.Bf4 c5 with 3.e4!? when Black should likely decline the gambit with 3...Nc6. Anyway, most strong players meet 2...c5 with 3.e3 Nc6 4.c3, when the ...Qb6 lines are not annoying.
