Incorrect! I bash it every time I face it, the latest being against a 2133 player in Atlanta in late 2012, and every time I ever tried to play it as Black, which is precisely 3 times in serious tournament competition, I had a lost position, even though not ever game was a loss.
The Benko Gambit Blows! Fianchetto Variation kills it!
It's one of three "Normal" openings that I have ZERO respect for, I'm out to kill the 2nd of the 3 now!
Most annoying? Sicilian Najdorf. But with me, if I can't beat it, I must respect it!
