MBTI and chess openings correlation?

Hi, After a long and passionate discussion with some club mates about chess psychology, we wondered whether there could be correlations between one's MBTI profile and chess repertoire. For science (!), would you mind sharing your profile and a glimpse of your favorite defenses? I myself tested as an INTJ. I play : As white, the catalan and exchange variations against the Kid and the Grunfeld. As black, I am still dabbling against 1.e4 (Lopez Chigorin, French Steinitz, Sicilian Kan), the Tartakower against 1.d4 and 1.c4.

I'm not sure how relevant this data will be, because I strongly suspect there were be a lot of INT, with only J/P being a variable.  Which, funnily enough, is exactly my type: strong INT, but J or P is nearly even and fluctuates each time I take the test (or took it, it's been a while).

As for my repertoire, I have  a strong affinity for, as White, the Scotch, the Exchange French and the Qxd4 version of the Open Philidor (1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 exd4 4.Qxd4!?).  I like these positions and generally score very well.

Black is harder to describe, as my repertoire has never really settled.  My best results came with the QGA and the e6 Sicilians, but my favourite games and types of positions (but not necessarily the results...) have come with the KID and the Modern.

I also wonder if people try to “step out” of their personalities when playing chess ... the uptight non-risk-taker in “real life” becoming all Tal-like and vice-versa (since the consequences are academic) on the chessboard, etc.

INFP. I enjoy gambits as white (goering gambit, french wing gambit, hillbilly attack, smith morra gambit) and would like to have one against every main black defense (as I nearly do). As black, against e4 I play French Defense, but also play the Nimzowitsche Defense for surprise value. Also learning the Black Lion Philidor. Against d4 I go for a benoni or a classical dutch or KIngs Indian.
