Not sure what it's called, but if black responds e5 to white's e4, white sacrifices two pawns on f7and g7 to develop 2 bishop attack on king's side. Crazy risky.

I'd go with the natural Nxc6+ bxc6 Qxd8+ and lag his development with a partially exposed king.

I have to say any e4 opening as if you play e4 your never sure how your opponent will respond. Now it may be safe if your black as you can limit white plays with several options against e4.

The real risky would be not understanding all the response to it. Misunderstanding one move can lead to a blunder.
