New Opening needed

So, I have a friend I play with quite a bit on here. I can hardly beat him, however.

I have a ton of openinings memorized, but he's got one he uses time and again to beat me. Here he is, playing black.

1.e4e6

2.Bc5
3.Nf6
4.Bb4
8.Qe7
9.f6
10.e5

How should I reply to such an unorthodox opening?

Just develop normally and get your pieces to good positions.

It would seem that your opponent plays the French Defense. You might want to learn at least a little about that opening.

You must master some opening !!!!!!!

To be honest at your rating, it would be much better to learn endgames, tactics, strategy instead of openings.

use the little chess board above the text box to insert the opening so we can see both sides of the opening!

"I have a ton of openinings memorized"

I'll second what another poster said.  You might find it more helpful when you can one day say "I have a ton of tactical patterns memorized"

or " I'm very careful, and rarely give away a free piece."

I don't actually believe that the OP has a ton of openings memorized.

To start with, you can't really memorize a ton of openings without being familiar with annotation.

Ok it has NOTHING TO DO WITH OPENINGS!  This has been stated a million times I don't know when people will understand this.  Study tactics at your level, it will help you to improve the fastest.
