I wrote a puzzle book on the Scandi called "The Scandinavian Defense: Decisive Positions, Traps, and Blunders":

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NGRX44R/

It's a collection of 586 puzzles in all the major variations in the Scandinavian. It includes several chapters on 2... Nf6 lines (the Icelandic Gambit, the Scandinavian Gambit, the Portuguese Variation, and other lines in the Modern Varation).

Unlike typical opening books, the idea with this book for the reader to absorb the tactical themes that arise via hundreds of puzzles, rather than the usual approach of presenting a fixed repertoire to memorize.

Important to mention that Smerdon's book is excellent if you are intending to play the Portugese (3.d4 Bg4) or the Icelandic (3.c4 e6), but if you are looking for coverage of the main lines of the Nf6 scandi with 3...Nxd5, then you won't find what you are after in his book. Although his treatment of sidelines like 2.Nc3, 2.e5, 3.Nc3 and 3.Bb5+ are exceptional.
