On the "Scotch Game: Schmidt, Mieses Variation, 6...Qe7 7.Qe2 Nd5 8.c4 Ba6 9.b3" opening

After the opening above-mentioned, the engine values only one move -- f6 -- as "good" for black, and the others worse- or at-least that's what I've come to conclude, as I checked every possible-move and found this to be the only "good"-and-above move. Am I missing something, or is f6 the only good move after this opening? If it's the only "good"-and-above move, why isn't it a "best" move, or there even is a best move? What are possible continuations of this opening?
