I was 300 elo at the start of jan and now i am 718 elo.. still don't know what to play insted of italian game. can you tell me some good opening to win more games with black.. Thanks!

You don't win by playing a specific opening. Stay with the Italian and try to implove your chess (tactic, strategy, endgame etc.) instead of learning a new opening.

1...e5, the French, or the Caro-Kann are all great options against 1.e4. You can pick any of them and it will be a good choice.

The Sicilian is also an excellent option, though I tend to recommend that only for intermediate players or higher, as the nature of the play can be quite complex and confusing ...

Against 1.d4, I recommend starting with 1...d5 and aiming for the Queen's Gambit Declined (or similar structrual play). Later on, when you're more experienced, you might want to explore 1...Nf6 for the Indian defenses, in addition.
