My bad response to the Queen's Gambit:
These probably weren't the exact moves, but this was essentially the idea.

Now that I think about it, I could have played a6 and then b5, but at the time I didn't think of that for some reason.

As it says in The Dark Knight System, 1...Nc6 is a fine choice against (almost) everything.
I think my opponent was actually prepared--4.h4 was a tricky move, and I didn't see my knight getting trapped.
