Opening Fails (15 moves or less)

I just wanted to see any cool opening fails. here is one of my own: 

Mating a 1963-rated player in 15 moves:

These probably weren't the exact moves, but this was essentially the idea.

1.e4 e5 2.Qh5 ? don't need a board for this ! 

Now that I think about it, I could have played a6 and then b5, but at the time I didn't think of that for some reason.

I play the kings gambit and it actually is an opening:

i actually played the one you showed once.

As it says in The Dark Knight System, 1...Nc6 is a fine choice against (almost) everything.

I think my opponent was actually prepared--4.h4 was a tricky move, and I didn't see my knight getting trapped. 

This is a game i just played today. I don't know what I was thinking at the time.

Did you bother to count how many pieces you have dropped after 9.d4, or body count isn't significant at Hope Chess?

Of course white had the same d2-d4 remedy quite a few times earlier, but- bah...
