Almost every opening is designed to control the center. Studying the Ruy Lopez and Queens gambit accepted/declined is a nice start. Queens gambit is especially great for controlling the center.

Hi i'm new here . i would like to know the best way to cntrol the center by the opening i usualy move my pawn on d4 or e4 but i see that i always don't what to do after that .thaks for all my friends : ))
